Jerry is a credit structuring professional with over 20 years of experience in the banking & financial services industry.

Prior to joining Lima Capital, Jerry was a Managing Director & Head of Credit Structuring at StanChart, where he managed a global team of credit structuring professionals, responsible for supporting the origination and execution of structured financing transactions & credit derivative products within the Financial Markets division. 

Prior to StanChart, Jerry was an Executive Director in the Strategic Finance Group at Morgan Stanley, Hong Kong, and a Director in the Global Credit Trading team at Deutsche Bank Singapore and Vice-President, Structured Finance at DBS Bank. Jerry started his career in PwC Singapore as a tax advisory professional prior to joining banking.

Jerry is a CFA Charterholder & a qualified CPA (Australia), with a double degree, BEcon (Accounting) and LLB, from Monash University, Melbourne and a Master of Business Law from the University of Sydney.
