Executive Director
Peter is a seasoned structured credit professional with over 25 years in Financial Markets. Prior to founding Lima Capital, Peter was a Managing Director at Indies Capital Partners, a leading Indonesia focused private credit fund.
From 2001 to 2016, Peter was a Managing Director at Credit Solutions at StanChart, where he successfully pioneered & built up the fixed income & structured credit trading business into a leading player in Asia, as well as the emerging markets structured credit space.
Peter began his trading career at Bankers Trust in 1994, and was one of the pioneers of credit derivatives trading in Asia. Subsequently, he joined Deutsche Bank’s Integrated Credit Trading team, after Deutsche acquired Bankers Trust in 1999.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Trisakti University, Indonesia.
Executive Director
Panai is a sales, origination & structuring professional with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry across special situations, debt capital markets, high yield, stressed, distressed assets, leveraged loans & structured finance in Asia.
His client relationship coverage includes corporates, high net worth investors, banks, hedge funds & other institutional investors.
Prior to joining LCA, Panai was Executive Director in the Credit Structuring & Distribution Group at StanChart responsible for structuring, distribution & sourcing special situations, illiquid & loan products across Asia Pacific & the Middle East.
Panai started his career at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank where he spent 15 years in various sales origination roles across Bangkok, Singapore & Hong Kong. He also held senior positions at UBS AG, Barclays Capital & Morgan Stanley.
Panai holds a Bachelor of Science (Electrical Engineering) & a Master of Science (Computer Engineering) from Boston University, Massachusetts & a Master of Business Administration from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
Executive Director
Jerry is a credit structuring professional with over 20 years of experience in the banking & financial services industry.
Prior to joining Lima Capital, Jerry was a Managing Director & Head of Credit Structuring at StanChart, where he managed a global team of credit structuring professionals, responsible for supporting the origination and execution of structured financing transactions & credit derivative products within the Financial Markets division.
Prior to StanChart, Jerry was an Executive Director in the Strategic Finance Group at Morgan Stanley, Hong Kong, and a Director in the Global Credit Trading team at Deutsche Bank Singapore and Vice-President, Structured Finance at DBS Bank. Jerry started his career in PwC Singapore as a tax advisory professional prior to joining banking.
Jerry is a CFA Charterholder & a qualified CPA (Australia), with a double degree, BEcon (Accounting) and LLB, from Monash University, Melbourne and a Master of Business Law from the University of Sydney.
Executive Director
Yuhin has 20 years of experience in the banking industry in financial markets.
Before joining Lima Capital Asia, Yuhin spent over 10 years at Standard Chartered Bank where he was mainly based in Hong Kong as Greater China Head of Structuring and subsequently double-hatted as Global Head of Credit Structuring. Whilst in his role Yuhin was an industry pioneer in China cross-border credit derivative structures and positioned Standard Chartered Bank to be an industry leader in this space.
Prior to Standard Chartered Bank, Yuhin spent 5 years at Merrill Lynch where he was director in the Credit and Illiquid Risk Solutions Group. Yuhin’s early career prior to banking was in public policy where he served as Deputy Director in the Administrative Service of the Singapore Civil Service.
Yuhin holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University, a Master of Engineering Science (1st Class Honours) from University of Oxford, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. He is Singaporean.
